A refundable deposit applies based on your application, with deposit-free options for qualifying applicants. We typically look for a combined household income of about three times the monthly rent.
Parkside North is pet friendly. We welcome up to two pets per home with a one-time pet fee and modest monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions apply, so ask our team for details.
Water, trash, and pest control are billed through a flat monthly utility package. Residents set up electricity and internet directly with their preferred providers. Open parking is included at no extra cost.
